ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 357420). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with PKHD1-related conditions. This sequence change replaces glycine with arginine at codon 2997 of the PKHD1 protein (p.Gly2997Arg). The glycine residue is moderately conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between glycine and arginine. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency).
